Stuen på 40 kvm på første sal ligger ved siden af spisepladsen og det åbne køkken og har 3 sofaer, en pejs, musikstereo, fladskærms-tv med dvd-afspiller og et meget komplet udvalg af satellit-tv-kanaler.
I det tidligere vin- og olivenlager i stueetagen i hovedbygningen er der nu en lounge sofa på 180 x 400 cm.

Det 6 kvm åbne køkken i annekset er et typisk køkken i catalansk stil, fuldt udstyret med køleskab, fryser, Nespresso-kaffemaskine, mikroovn, komfur med 4 gasbrændere, opvaskemaskine og alle nødvendige hjælpemidler til basale måltider for de gæster, der opholder sig i annekset.
Det udendørs køkken ved poolområdet har vask, køleskab, lille fryser, gasgrill, opvaskemaskine og forsyningsselskaber.
